Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Used, damaged, or altered items are not eligible for a refund.
Items returned without original packaging will not be accepted.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with clear photos and your order details.
Once verified, we’ll offer a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
5. Late or Missing Refunds

6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
